Using “ない forms” or “negative forms of adjectives,” you can seek someone’s opinion or agreement, or invite them to do something.

Verb.：〜ない？

いAdj.：〜くない？

なAdj.：〜じゃない？

When using “Vない?” in this context, you need to raise the tone at the end. Otherwise, the listener might confuse it with the negative form of “Vない.” This expression is only used among close acquaintances. It should not be used with superiors or strangers.
