“ここ” refers to the current location of the speaker.
“そこ” indicates the location of the listener, a bit away from the speaker’s current position.
“あそこ” points to a location farther away from both the speaker and the listener, implying more distance than “ここ” or “そこ.”
“どこ” is an interrogative pronoun used to inquire about a location or direction, equivalent to “where.” It is employed when the speaker wants to know a specific place or direction, similar to asking for “ここ,” “そこ,” or “あそこ.”
Similar to “なんですか。”, the phrase ”どこですか” is also commonly used.
