In Japanese one can omit the subject.
The sentence above should have been “私はジョセリンです” (I am Joselyn). However, the subject “私” ( I ) was omitted. As in the video, when it is clear that the subject is “私”, the subject “私” and the participle “は” can be omitted.
わたしはジョセリン です。 - Tanaka is the Family Name, and Rika is her Given Name.
